Contact form
This website uses the Contact Form 7 plugin. The information the developers provide on privacy and GDPR compliance is limited, but they do have a document that details how to make privacy compliant contact forms which this website has followed.
When filling in the contact form you will be asked to provide your name and email by default. You may also wish to provide the subject of your query and an accompanying message. Any data that is submitted through the contact form is transmitted to hello@witneyseoguy.co.uk. This is accepted by checking the box at the end of the form stating that you “accept the terms in the privacy policy”.
The data you send through the contact form will only be used for the purposes of this business; to assess your requirements and reply to your message accordingly. Your information will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes in conjunction with this business unless prior consent is given. The only individual that can access the data you send is me, the Witney SEO Guy.
Data submitted through the contact form will be stored for a maximum of 1 year on a password protected mail server hosted by Hostinger and processed in the UK. You may wish for your data to be deleted. Please email hello@witneyseoguy.co.uk to request this.
